About this product

What you are buying

Orbonis for Windows lets you draw a box around any part of your screen — a web page, a PDF, a game menu, a comic panel, a paused video frame — and read the translation directly over the original content.

Text recognition can run locally on your computer through the bundled OCR engines, so no screenshot has to leave your machine for the recognition step. You then choose which translation provider handles the recognised text.

It is a small utility by design: it sits in the tray, responds to a keyboard shortcut you choose, and stays out of the way the rest of the time. No ads, no subscription.

Questions

About this product

What can Orbonis translate?
Anything visible on your screen: web pages, PDF documents, desktop applications, paused video frames, games, comics, screenshots and images. Because Orbonis reads pixels rather than copying text, it also works where selection is blocked.
Which versions of Windows are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). There is no macOS, Linux, iOS or Android version.
Does OCR run locally?
Yes — text recognition can run on your own computer using the bundled OCR engines, so the captured region does not have to be uploaded for the recognition step.
Does translation need an internet connection?
It depends on the provider you choose. Online translation providers and AI endpoints require a connection. Recognition itself can run locally.
How does license activation work?
After purchase you receive a license key by email. Enter it once in Orbonis to activate the installation. Activation requires a short online check.
Can I reinstall Orbonis or move to a new computer?
Yes. Reinstall Orbonis and enter the same key. If activation is refused after several device changes, email info@orbonis.shop and we can reset it for you.
Why is the installer so small?
The download is a lightweight installer. It fetches and installs the full application during setup, so the initial file stays small and you always get the current build.

Download first if you like — activation is the only step that needs a license.
